RED VELVET
My Fave of alllll time. Is there ever a bad time for red velvet cake? Soft, pillowy layers with a hint of cocoa-paired with cream cheese frosting is literally mouth-watering!
MARBLE
Can't decide? No worries here! Combine chocolate and vanilla for the best of both worlds!
WHITE
Wedding coming up? Or just looking for a white fluffy cake? This is the perfect pairing with cream cheese and strawberry preserves!

The Basics
I have adapted my buttercream style to be hybrid style! That means I am no longer creating american buttercream which contains simply butter and powdered sugar. I find this is just too sweet, and I want my cakes to be more sophisticated! My buttercream is made of egg whites and powdered sugar, making a silky, less sweet buttercream that just melts in your mouth. All of my buttercreams are made from a variation of this recipe.

This chocolate buttercream isn't over powering. It has all the right flavor & It's quite literally the best ever...
